Star Wars- Call me maybe

So, unless you live under a rock, you have seen the numerous parody videos of "Call me Maybe", but this one is done completely in the words of the Star Wars characters... what could possibly be better than that? Well, okay, a lot of things, but here you go anyhow. Enjoy.

Best Superbowl commercial ever!

Everyone knows, the best part of the Superbowl is the commercials. Generally, we get some kind of amusing spot about singing frogs, cute kids doing ridiculous things, or dumb guys drinking beer; but, I have to say... this one is the best yet. This Volkswagen commercial was leaked online, but will be officially aired during the Superbowl, this weekend. I think the highlight of the commercial is when the tiny Darth Vader attempts to force-choke a baby doll.

Minnesota Death Star

This video starts out as a pretty snow scene, and ends up being a tribute to American ingenuity and obsessive fanaticism. I have to applaud the guy who did this, it is a pretty impressive star wars re-make, as far as amateurs go. One YouTube commenter said "i see this video blowing up... like the deathstar". Gotta love it. :)

The force is strong with this one

Okay, I obviously love Star Wars as much as any other geek, but some people are taking the whole fan thing to a whole new level. I mean, we have all heard of Star Wars cosplay, Star Wars themed weddings, etc. but now it has apparently become a valid lifestyle choice, even extending to fashion. So, here ya go: 

                   

I know exactly what you are thinking "These ARE the droids you are looking for", right? Yeah, well now that I think about it, the only one that might be a little overkill is the star wars full-back tattoo. I would actually wear those shoes, and I mean really, who wouldn't want a droid swimsuit? What can I say, I have been forcing the s/o to watch the trilogy with me (she had never seen it, gasp!), so I am feeling very Jedi-centric at the moment. Mock me if you want, but I might just have to throw you into the sarlacc pit.
