| While a friend and I were walking around Portland, Or. looking for a sushi place, we saw this balcony. I thought it was great, because really, when you are trying to think of the perfect decor for a balcony, eight giant plastic cows is the first thing that comes to mind, right? Yep. Leave it to Portland, they really do take weirdness to a whole new level. |
